During my six months in California, I decided to contact the Apple Industrial Design team to have some feedbacks about my work. After several phone interviews and two modeling exercises, they invited me to meet them in person at the Apple Infinite Loop in Cupertino for a job interview with several people of the Apple CAD and ID team. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job but it was a pleasure for me to go there, and to have the opportunity to show them my work.

The goal of the second exercise was to build a nurbs 3D model of the Apple Watch using a sliding caliper for measurements and a magnifying glass to check small details and to match as close as possible with the original shape. I was also asked to make a detailed process pdf presentation.

When finally I had the final 3D model, I made a quick rendering using Keyshot, and I also used Photoshop to make some post-production. It was a wonderfull experience to have the chance to meet them and to leave Cupertino with feedbacks about my work.
